Kailash N. Dattkaya studied Masters of Design at IIT Bombay (1999–2001). He completed an EGMP in information technology from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (2009-2010). He has 20+ years of experience in design leadership; managing and executing UX design projects; coordinating with stakeholders, evangelising and implementing the UX processes; defining the project-specific design approach and strategy; managing project plans; and enabling collaboration across functional groups. His experiences are: Visual Designer at Trans Planet PVt Ltd (Aug 1998-Mar 1999), Senior User Experience Designer at Tangent Software Pvt Ltd (Sep 2001-Oct 2002), UX Design Consultant as Freelance Design Consultant (Oct 2002-Jan 2003), Lead Visual Design Architect at Hurix Systems Pvt Ltd (Jan 2003-Nov 2005), Senior User Experience Designer at Saba Software India Pvt Ltd (Nov 2005-May 2006), Senior Manager User Experience at Oracle India Pvt Ltd (Aug 2006-Sep 2011). From Nov 2011 he has been working as a Senior Director User Experience at Edifects.

George K Paul studied Masters of Design at IIT Bombay (1999–2001). George K Paul specialises in information design, data visualisation, instructional design and typography. He is based in Changanassery, Kerala and is a visiting faculty and jury member at many design institutes, including his alma mater, IDC School of Design, IIT Bombay.

Rugwed Deshpande studied M.Des at IIT Bombay (1999-2001). He worked at Setu Advertising Pvt. Limited as a director for 4 years. He is currently employed as a director in the field of Digital Art VRe. Rugwed has written the following articles: Experience a Cultural Festival in Virtual Reality with Digital ArtVRe (May 27, 2016); Create the First Virtual Museum of Indian Cinema (Nov 22, 2016); and Bridge the Gap Between the God and His Oldest Devotees (Jan 10, 2017).

Parul Pradhan Sharma, studied Masters of Design at IIT Bombay (1999–2001). she completed Management Prog for Enterpreurship from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (2009-2010). Her experiences are: Design and Sculptor at TVS Motor (Oct 2004- Oct 2006). Currently working as Colour and Trim Lead at General Motors Tech Centre India. She lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Ashutosh Kumar, who studied Masters of Design at IIT Bombay (1999–2001), He completed an Executive MBA at IIM Bangalore Executive Education Programmes (IIMB EEP) (2012-2013). His previous roles include former Director at Human Factors International (2001–2011), Design Director at Yahoo (2014–2019), and currently working at Meta. he is living in Fremont, California.

Shyam Narayan studied Masters of Design at IIT Bombay (1999–2002). Shyam is the founder partner of Bangalore-based Dig Design Studio, a multidisciplinary studio working on interaction and communication design solutions. Shyam is passionate about design for the Indian context and social impact, design mentoring and education, and user interfaces for tomorrow. He is trained in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design and makes music with his bandmates across the world over Skype for the band Pseutopia.

Gaurav K.R. Singh studied Masters of Design at IIT Bombay (1999–2001). He is working for Cordys Software India Pvt. Ltd.

Mandar Rane studied Masters of Design and Visual Communications at IIT Bombay (1999–2001). He worked as an Assistant Professor at IIT Guwahati from 2002 to 2007. From 2007 to the present, he has been working as Professor of Communication Design at the IDC School of Design, IIT Bombay. The Design Journey of Prof. Sudakar Nadkarni is the publication of Prof. Rane in 2017. The other publication of Prof. Rane is the HFG ULM Booklet.

Nikhil Jadhav studied Masters of Design and Visual Communications at IIT Bombay (1999–2001). He has worked as an Industrial Designer at Tata Technologies (2001–2018) and as a Design Project Manager at Tata Technologies Ltd (2012–2018). From 2018 onwards, he has been working as a Design Project manager at Tata Motors Design. He lives in Pune, Maharashtra.

Sneha M. Lakshman was a former student at IDC, IIT Bombay. Sneha, an alumni of IITB, is cofounder of Dig Design Studio, a leading innovation studio set up 14 years ago in Bangalore. She has worked with companies such as Google, Intuit, and Flipkart to create and lead teams developing next-generation products for the web, mobile, and new media for the next billion people. Sneha is a co-founder of Samudra Network, where she leads the experience design of the Samudra Platform and Mobile SAAS services. She has experience in the design of products within the food and beverage ecosystem. Her responsibility is to direct the vision and be in charge of making technology available to digitally challenged agri-entrepreneurs. In various capacities, she has mentored and led product teams in crafting delightful experiences. She is greatly engaged with imagining and crafting future plausibilities and landscaping transformations that technology can bring to life. She holds a desire to make a great impact for the greater good. In this regard, she is curious about power equations, opportunities, and behavioural patterns in communities and how they play out in engagements and transactions. She speaks and judges competitions at India’s best UI/UX and Entrepreneurship conferences (Nasscom, Unicom,...) about design thinking and accelerated innovation practices.
