Diyas (Clay Lamps) are highly demanded among all during Deewali festival. Idols of Lord Ganesha are largely exported to different parts of India during Ganesha Chaturthi festival, which is held during August-September. Production of clay products continues throughout the year as there is a huge demand in the market for the Kundapur products in local as well as in exhibitions in Bangalore and other major cities.
