Palette is a must to be used tool for watercolor if you are using transparent pigments, as it is not possible to apply the paints directly from tubes. Also one needs to mix various pigments to achieve desired hues and colors. Sometime Pallet itself inspires and provides hints for painting.



There are wide verities of pallets available in market like flat pallets, pallets with cups and separate mixing area made of plastic or acrylic polymer.
