Tools and raw materials used for Wood Carving are as follows:

• Wood - It is a basic raw wooden. Usually rose wood is used for carving.
• Chisel - Chisel is used in hitting the hammer.
• Hammer - Used in chiseling out the wood.
• Wood Polish - Used to give quality look.
• Brush - Used to remove the dust on the wood after carving.
• Pen - Used to draw the reference design to carve.
• Measuring Tape - Used to measure the length of wood.


• Measurement Tape: Used to measure the length of the wood.
• A set of chisel: Used to carve and give depths to the wooden board.
• Pen and Compass: Used to draw the reference lines to carve.
• Blades: Used in fine detailing
• Scratch paper: Used in smoothing the wooden surface.
• Wood: Teak wood and wood of jackfruit is used.
• Different design of bold: Used for the decoration purpose on the carved wooden slabs.
• Hammer: Used in chiseling out the wood.
