This project is an attempt to find out the problems and difficulties related to transportation faced by people in rural India during any medical emergency and to address the issue using mobility solutions. The impact and scope of this project were analysed by doing a through contextual study and research and it was found that in maximum number of cases people have to use any public transport vehicle to reach the nearest health care centre. That is why, modification of the interior of a vehicle used as an intermediate public transport vehicle is done in such a way that it can accommodate a patient in a safe and comfortable way. It has been also taken into consideration that the vehicle can also be used as public transport vehicle efficiently. This way it can be expected that the access will be much wider and vehicles will be available much more readily and the response time can also be reduced.
