Anxiety affects everyone to some degree. For some, it's a temporary feeling; for others, it can be severe and long-lasting, harming both mental and physical health. I want to create a film that shows how anxiety can impact life deeply. Each person has different triggers, and my own experiences inspired me to share my story of struggle and resilience.
A turning point for me happened in school when a professor unexpectedly asked me to give a speech. I wasn’t prepared and froze on stage, leading to laughter from classmates. After that, I faced bullying and isolation, with hurtful comments about my background. This event shattered my confidence and made it hard for me to express myself, affecting my studies even now.
To overcome my anxiety, I started doing live painting performances. This experience has been crucial in helping me cope with my fears and regain my confidence.
