Lastly there is exploring narrative structures and the many ways in which a story may be narrated. Conventionally, a story consists of a beginning, middle and end. Story has a conflict which is ultimately resolved. Filmmakers have explored different plot structures to challenge this convention, relying on the fact that narratives will be constructed by the viewer even if the story is not told chronologically.
