    While selecting literary pieces to adapt, it was important to ensure that the piece had a message that might add value to a child’s development. Pieces were shortlisted based on their message such as -

    • Moral value

    • Reading social scenarios

    • Responsibility towards the planet/ eco-friendly messaging

    • Educational concept (math/scientific/historical)

    • Language development

    • Emotional development/ intelligence

    • Critical thinking

    A list of literary pieces were shortlisted keeping this criteria in mind and understanding the legal implications such as IPR and copyrights when adapting any of the pieces.
