• Under Guru Shishya Parampara sponsored by office of the DC (Handicrafts), I have trained more than 120 trainees as master craft person in the field of wood inlay craft from 2011-12 ,2012-13 & 2013-14.
• I have trained more than 877 trainees as master craftsman in the field of wood inlay craft from six month under the Sfurti Programme Organization of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission and NGO, the Rural Environmental Enterprises Development Society, Chandigarh.
• I have trained more than 350 trainees as master craftsman in the Design Development Workshop in wood inlay craft from 01.07.2009 to 30.06.2012 organised by NGO, the Rural Environmental Enterprises Development Society, at Chandigarh.

A large no of professors/school/students/interior designers from NIDF Ahmedabad, NIFT Delhi, NIFT Mohali and NIFT Jalandhar visited my work place from time to time and they were all very appreciative about the master pieces created by us.
