Wooden idols are carved as per the orders they get. Most of the orders the artisan gets are portraits of Jesus, Lord Ganesh and Lord Krishna. Along with them are some of the female figurines carrying hay etc. are also sculpted. These idols are further slightly modified and are also given as mementos. Usually the size of these idols is approximately 4inches. And the cost of wooden idol of 4inches costs INR.250 per piece when bought in bulk.
